The OBSERVE Spatial Database will contain a graphical represenation of the most important stakeholders and reference points of Earth Observation relevance in the Balkan area. The Spatial Database will enable users to spot relevant stakeholders in different Balkan countries allowing interaction and future synergies. The OBSERVE Spatial Database will constitute a reference point for the creation of a Balkan Earth Observation Community for environmental monitoring and beyond.
